Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to support profound relaxation, nervous system healing, emotional balance, and inner renewal. Rooted in traditional yogic wisdom and often referred to as “yogic sleep,” this practice gently guides participants into liminal states between waking and dreaming where the body can rest deeply while awareness remains softly present.
Rayah studied Yoga Nidra within the traditional lineage of Sreedevi Bringi and weaves these teachings into experiences that are grounding, nurturing, intuitive, and personalized to the needs of each participant.
